Alex Farber is BCG’s Director of Operations and Events Management. She draws on her previous experience working in the fashion and luxury sectors as both a designer and marketing manager as she develops seamless, successful events and oversees office workflow at BCG. Alex applies a visionary, resourceful approach to directing events ranging from intimate panels to charity luncheons to panels and networking sessions at retail conferences across the globe. She also directs BCG’s VIP Women’s Breakfast events, where newsworthy speakers from the retail, technology and media industries share their insights and expertise with New York’s most influential women. In addition, Alex oversees BCG’s HR department and is currently spearheading the company’s full-scale office renovation. She holds a BS in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from the University of Arizona. Outside the office, she’s often at the barre — she is a Pure Barre fanatic, having taken well over 500 classes.
