Job Description:

We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive/Account Executive to join our passionate team of strategists and storytellers. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Account Executives to support the firm and our roster of diverse clients.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring press coverage, creating digital press clippings, and sharing coverage with clients
  • Developing and maintaining media lists
  • Researching and identifying opportunities for our clients
  • Researching reporters and tracking media industry career moves
  • Preparing weekly/monthly client status reports and recaps
  • Assisting with firm and client events
  • Monitoring trending news topics and flagging them for various team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or a related field
  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ work experience, preferably in public relations, media, journalism or communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Cision or Meltwater is a plus, but is not required
